Mayor Sharon Weston Broome will formally present the Metro Council with next year’s budget this afternoon.
A public hearing will be held at the Metro Council’s meeting on Nov. 14, where it the matter will then be recessed until Dec. 11 when a vote whether or not to adopt the 2019 spending plan is expected to take place.
The special council meeting will be held at 2 p.m. today at City Hall.
