PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Since 1997 Phillips has been an entrepreneur in the arts and entertainment industry. His career began promoting concerts in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. He co-founded a public relations, graphic design and music management firm in New Orleans in 2001. Post-Hurricane Katrina, Phillips made the move to Los Angeles to launch The Force Agency, which develops marketing strategies for businesses, technology platforms and real estate developments. A Louisiana native and a graduate of Catholic High School and Loyola University, Phillips currently serves as executive director of The Walls Project, which supports public art compositions in Baton Rouge.
IN THE NEWS: The Force Agency is partnering with 13-year-old Alyssa Carson, who is pursuing a career as a NASA astronaut training for the 2033 mission to colonize Mars. Her dream: “To prepare the human race to explore space.” Alyssa attends the Baton Rouge International School, where she speaks four languages, plays competitive soccer and is the founder of the robotics team.
