Baton Rouge ag-tech startup FarmMind recently won first place in the American Farm Bureau Federation’s 2026 Ag Innovation Challenge, taking home a $100,000 prize. Now in its 12th year, the Ag Innovation Challenge is a national business competition that showcases U.S. startups developing innovative solutions that address challenges facing America’s farmers, ranchers and rural communities.
