Amtrak’s new Gulf Coast passenger rail route running from New Orleans to Mobile, Alabama, starts Monday, Aug. 18. The twice-daily route, called the Amtrak Mardi Gras Service, will have four Mississippi stops between New Orleans and Mobile: Bay St. Louis, Biloxi, Gulfport and Pascagoula. End-to-end adult coach tickets for the new route will cost $15
