Investar Bank located at 7244 Perkins Rd in Baton Rouge is open until 3 on Friday Sept 5 and back in business full time on Monday. Online banking, Telebanking (877-845-7827) and ATM service is available 24/7.

Capital One Bank today announced that all but 10 of its locations in Louisiana that had been closed for Hurricane Gustav have reopened and are following regular business operations and schedules.
