Work should start again in a few weeks on two extended-stay hotels under construction on Airline Highway and North Harrell’s Ferry Road. Construction was halted on the Value Place Hotels an undetermined time ago, says Glenn McFarland of Value Place. But McFarland says work should start up soon, with a new contractor handling the building. SunRidge of Olathe, Kan., owns the two 121-room hotels. It should take about two and a half months to complete the Airline hotel once work resumes, and about four months to finish the North Harrell’s Ferry location.—Timothy Boone
