Windsor Courts Office Plaza has been sold to 1008 Jourdan SPE LLC for $1.12 million, according to documents filed with East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office. Natchitoches-based construction firm TKTMJ Inc. bought the property through the LLC, says Glenda McDonald, the firm’s office manager. She says TKTMJ is working on its development plan
