The owner of CounterspaceBR, a buzzing Baton Rouge bakery, is closing her Jefferson Highway storefront so she can prioritize her health. After months of deliberation and worsening health issues, bakery owner Sarah Joy Hays says she plans to close the doors on the Bocage bakery and retail store and focus on the Mid City location.
