Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, a Bank of America company, plans to open a new location in Towne Center. Media reports surfaced early Friday that Bank of America would open its first Louisiana branch at 2370 Towne Center Blvd., but bank spokesperson Matthew Daily tells Daily Report that the site will not be a retail branch.
