The Planning Commission next month will consider rezoning nearly 37 acres on Pecue Lane, near Interstate 10 and Ward Creek, for a new commercial warehouse.  Craig Corie of Baton Rouge-based consulting engineer firm Monroe & Corie applied for the rezoning from heavy commercial use to commercial warehousing use, according to an application submitted last week
