A 259,619-square-foot vacant tract of land at the corner of Siegen Lane and Cloverland Avenue sold for $2.54 million, or $20 per square foot, in a deal that closed Friday.
The buyer is Siegen Professional Plaza LLC, represented by Linda Abele Long and Ernest Michael Long. Bristol Holdings LLC, represented by Arthur P. Metrailer and Richard Metrailer, is listed as the seller.
George Kurz, of Kurz & Hebert Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller. Kurz says the buyer will be an owner-occupant with some remaining space available for lease.
The property includes a portion of the remaining land adjacent and behind the nearby Burgersmith restaurant on Siegen Lane, Kurz says.
Ernest Michael Long, the property’s new owner, says he’s not prepared at this time to release any additional information about the purchase or his plans for the property.
