United Community Bank bought the former Capital One building on Bluebonnet Boulevard for $1.9 million on Tuesday and will open its second Baton Rouge location in the space. United Community Bank will renovate the interior and exterior of the 5,560-square-foot building, says Tigue Bonneval, a partner at Audubon Real Estate who represented United Community Bank
