After years of complaints that Baton Rouge’s biking experience is lackluster, two of the area’s largest bike path systems will be connected later this year. Work is underway on a project that will connect the Government Street bike lane to the Downtown Greenway, according to Whitney Hoffman Sayal, executive director of the Downtown Development District.
