The developer behind Towne Center at Cedar Lodge wants to rezone the lifestyle development to also allow for multifamily residential use. Steve Keller, a partner at Creekstone Companies, applied for a concept plan revision to “add multifamily residential as a permitted use” for the 53-acre property at the intersection of Jefferson Highway and Corporate Boulevard.
