Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center has operated a walk-in clinic off Highland Road in Highland Business Park. The Lake has opted to move to more visible space on Highland in the Highland Market Shopping Center, which is being developed by Scott Sanchez and Mike Powers. The medical center is going to lease 3,840 square feet in the center at Petroleum Drive. Brent Garrett represented the property owners in the transaction. Mike Stinson with THR Real Estate represented the Lake.
— VHA Gulf States has relocated its hospital administration business to 8940 Bluebonnet Boulevard. VHA Gulf States leased 5,100 square feet on the first floor of the building for a 5-year term. According to Brent Garrett with Beau Box Real Estate Company, who represented the lessee, VHA Gulf States required more space for their expanding business. The company represents more than 15 hospitals and does business with several local health care providers.
— Forest Park Office Plaza, situated on Harrell’s Ferry Road, was developed by Scott Sanchez and Mike Powers about five years ago. The development sold a 1,166-square-foot unit about two weeks ago. The purchaser was Brett Quantrille, a social worker who is relocating his practice. Kim Miller at CJ Brown Realtors represented the buyer, and Garrett represented the seller. The sale price at $142,000 comes to nearly $122 per square foot.
