This is an approximately 3,000-square-foot office warehouse building on 1.09 acres. The sale took place Wednesday, and was brokered by Randy Herring, Scot Guidry and Steve Legendre of Sealy & Falgoust Real Estate. The sale price at $325,000 calculates to $108 per square foot, which is one of the higher prices paid for office warehouse space. According to Herring, this is one of the higher prices paid for an office warehouse property and reflects the quality of the building.
