Allied Health Care sold a 3,200-square-foot building on Summa Avenue to Sawgrass Holdings for $450,000. According to Walt Ketchings and Ben Graham with NAI/Latter & Blum, who brokered the transaction, the sale price not only reflects the purchase of the property, but an adjoining 12,000-square-foot lot that has enough space for an additional building. The price per square foot calculates to $140 for the building only. Ketchings says the sale allows the new owner to relocate and expand in the future.
