Cole Ogden with Sealy & Falgoust Real Estate sold a converted home in Beauregard Town to Louisiana Hometown Network. LHN is a production company that video tapes public meetings. The company bought a house at 638 Penalver a few blocks away from the courthouse. The property was purchased from Michael Veazey for $185,000 or about $148 per square foot for the 1,246-square-foot residence. According to Ogden, the property has four onsite parking spaces, which are often hard to come by in Beauregard Town. Ogden says LHN was renting space in another location, but the company wanted their own building.
