The 2015 Baton Rouge Business Awards and Hall of Fame winners will be honored at a gala set for Thursday, March 19, at the Crowne Plaza, 4728 Constitution Ave. The event is presented annually by Business Report and Junior Achievement. This year’s honorees, selected by a panel of six independent judges, are:
- Hall of Fame Laureates: Lane Grigsby, Cajun Industries, founder and board chairman; and Harvey Honoré Sr., founder of Harvey Honoré Construction (posthumous)
- Businessperson of the Year: John Valluzzo, CEO, Valluzzo Companies
- Young Businessperson of the Year: John Jackson, Launch Media president and executive producer
- Company of the Year (100 or more employees): CSRS Inc.
- Company of the Year (fewer than 100 employees): InfiniEdge Software
Honorees will be profiled in the March 3 issue of Business Report. The awards banquet is sponsored by Franklin and Capital One Bank.
