Tickets are going fast for the annual Louisiana Business Symposium, presented by Business Report. The Oct. 14 event begins with the high-energy Best Places to Work Awards Breakfast. Best Places to Work honors companies ranked by the independent national firm Best Companies Group based on comprehensive surveys completed by the companies and their workforce.
Business Report partnered with the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management to bring the awards program—now in its second year—to the community.
At the Top 100 Luncheon later that day, economist Loren Scott will unveil his economic forecast for Louisiana and the Capital Region for 2016 and 2017.
The Best Places to Work breakfast begins at 8 a.m. Tickets are $30, with tables of 10 available for $300. The Top 100 Luncheon begins at 11:45 a.m. Tickets are $45, or $450 for a table of 10. Both the breakfast and luncheon will be at the Crowne Plaza, 4728 Constitution Ave.
