Retired plastic surgeon John Williams purchased four lots in Alvarez Construction’s Highcroft townhome community for $1.2 million, according to a deal filed Wednesday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court. Williams purchased the property off Nicholson near Ben Hur Drive through Bluebonnet Horizons LLC from Alvarez Construction Co. LLC, represented by Brett Moses.
