Chicago-based single-family home rental company Kairos Living is expanding its footprint in Livingston Parish after purchasing seven lots across three DSLD residential communities. The company bought the lots in the Arbor Walk, Hunter’s Ridge and Manor Pointe communities from DSLD Homes LLC for $1.5 million, according to a deal filed with the Livingston Parish Clerk
