Shreveport-based industrial gas and welding supplies distributor Red Ball Oxygen has acquired the industrial property that houses its Geismar operations. The company purchased the property on Terminal Court in the Gateway Industrial Park through Red Ball Oxygen Co., Inc. from CKU Developments LLC for $1.8 million, according to a deal filed with the Ascension Parish
