Ownership of the Royal Inn & Suites on Lobdell Boulevard changed hands for $1.2 million, according to a deal filed Wednesday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court. ASVR Hospitality LLC, represented by Amit Bhakta, purchased the property from Balubhai Patel Separate Property Revocable Trust. Balubhai Patel represented the trust in the deal.
