Landmark Bank has purchased land for its first Baton Rouge branch location. The bank acquired two lots totaling about 1.6 acres on Jefferson Highway near Cypress Lake Drive for $2 million, according to a deal filed recently with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office. The seller was Baton Rouge-based Spread Joy LLC.
