Gonzales-based civil contractor SKR Construction has purchased the property that houses its facility, as well as a pair of surrounding industrial warehouse properties in Gonzales. The company purchased the properties through SKR Real Estate LLC from Ascension Storage LLC for $3 million, according to a deal filed with the Ascension Parish Clerk of Court’s office.
