Homebuilders DSLD and Manuel Builders have purchased lots in two residential communities in the Atwater Development in South Baton Rouge. DSLD, represented by Brian Cohn, has purchased 51 lots in its Atwater Villas community for $3.8 million, according to a deal filed Friday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office.
