Phuc and Cindy Vo, owners of Deluxe Cleaners on Government Street, have plans to open a sushi restaurant on Coursey Boulevard at Cedarcrest Avenue. Cindy Vo says she and her husband are currently awaiting approval for a liquor license before moving forward with Sushi Village at 10404 Coursey Blvd. She says they are newcomers to the restaurant business. Sushi Village—to be located near Fresh Pickin’s Market—could open in about five months, with an as yet unknown number of tables. The rezoning application for the liquor license goes before the Planning Commission on Oct. 15. —Adam Pearson
