ERA Stirling Properties got national kudos from its franchiser this week for having the third-highest adjusted gross commission and residential closings last year among companies of comparable size. The firm boasted more than $9.6 million in total gross commissions and closed on 1,756 residential units. The award was announced this week at the 2009 ERA Internationa Business Conference. “Stirling Properties has truly exemplified commitment to hard work and customer satisfaction,” ERA Franchise Systems President & CEO Brenda W. Casserly says. “It is a real asset to the ERA system.” Stirling Properties has eight office across the Gulf South and more than 200 agents.
