The state of Louisiana has purchased the three-story United Plaza XII office building on Archives Avenue near Essen Lane. The property was acquired through the state’s Office Facilities Corporation from Stirling Properties’ Stirling Twelve United Plaza LLC for $10 and other considerations, according to a deal filed Wednesday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk
