A group of local investors is proposing to bring a new Starbucks to a steadily growing area in Baton Rouge. Asterrone LLC of Metairie, a group comprising the family of the late auto dealer Price LeBlanc, plans to build the coffee shop on a tract near the intersection of West Lee Drive and Burbank Drive.
