St. George incorporation supporters have officially begun the process of appealing the district court ruling that went against them last month. In a motion filed yesterday afternoon, incorporation organizers are asking the 19th Judicial District Court to prepare the trial record for the Louisiana Court of Appeal for the First Circuit no later than Aug.
