An 11,000-square-foot space in the Louisiana Companies building is up for lease. The space became vacant recently when Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association moved down North Boulevard into the old Standard Oil House. Jennifer Dyer, who handles human resources for Louisiana Companies, says the plan is for her business to move its staff and occupy one side of the building. The new tenant would take up the top and bottom floors. Branon Pesnell of Beau Box is marketing the space, which has a list price of $16 per square foot.—Timothy Boone
