The EPA has awarded the Southern University Ag Center an $800,000 pollution prevention grant to reduce water pollution from industrial facilities.   Southern is one of 24 recipients awarded $16 million in grants through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, according to an announcement, and is the only HBCU to receive funding for community environmental justice initiatives.  The
