Private investor Nicholis Milano is SoLou’s new landlord, after buying the property for an undisclosed sum, according to documents with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office. Through his company Hoss-Cat LLC, Milano acquired both the SoLou property as well as a 0.55-acre unpaved area that serves as overflow parking for the Perkins
