An office building off Siegen Lane behind Office Depot sold for $3.4 million in a deal that closed last week.
Moore Properties of Baton Rouge and its manager, Tina Moore, bought the property, which includes a 51,384-square-foot office building on 5.68 acres on Reiger Road.
The company plans to either split the site for redevelopment or lease the entire site, says Mark Hebert, of Kurz & Hebert Commercial Real Estate, who represented the buyer. The facility will need updating before its used again.

The property was sold by PGS Building Venture, represented by Jessie Hynes Babcock, of Beau Box Commercial Real Estate.
