Shreveport-based Vintage Realty Company has taken over property management duties for the Acadian Village Shopping Center at the corner of Perkins Road and South Acadian Thruway, the company says in a news release.

The agreement, finalized in January, gives Vintage Realty Company the green light to provide marketing, accounting and maintenance services for the fully leased 79,920-square-foot shopping center anchored by Trader Joe’s. Venture Commercial, out of Dallas, will assist with leasing, the release says.

“The center’s excellent tenant mix provides discerning shoppers a diverse selection of specialty shops, fine dining, and beauty services,” says David Alexander, co-owner of Vintage Realty Company, in a statement. “The convenient location at Perkins Road and South Acadian Thruway gives retail business owners a distinct advantage.”

Acadian Village, owned by a Dallas-based private real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, is home to 20 businesses, including Galatoire’s, Lululemon, Kean’s Fine Dry Cleaning and Acme Oyster House.
