A Metairie-based investor has purchased the Sherwood South Shopping Center on the corner of South Sherwood Forest Boulevard and Old Hammond Highway. The Kronlage Family Limited Partnership paid nearly $7.3 million, or $94 per square foot, for the 77,500-square-foot shopping center.
