The Shaw Group has announced changes to the executive lineup of its Power Group. Monty Glover is now president of construction. Glover, who joined Shaw in 2001, had been president of the company’s fossil division since 2007. Ron Barnes is president of the fossil and renewables division. He comes to Shaw from Duke Energy, where he was vice president over the Cliffside Modernization Project. Eli Smith is the senior vice president of procurement. He comes from Bechtel Corporation, where he was a corporate manager of contracts and procurement and spent 22 years as a senior manager with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
