A real estate investment group has purchased property on Nicholson Drive off West McKinley and West Grant streets to build a convenience store. RBC Capital, a tenant-focused convenience store acquisition commercial real estate company, purchased the property through RBC 2677 Nicholson LLC from Rania’s Realty LLC for $1.2 million, according to sales documents filed Wednesday
