The first Marco’s Pizza location in the Capital Region is coming to Burbank Drive near the Gardere intersection, according to sales documents filed Thursday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office. Kirit Patel bought the property for $430,000 through Jai Ambe Enterprises LLC from Chicky Sandos One LLC, represented by Naser Abuydak.
