A Phoenix, Arizona real estate company has acquired A Storage for U storage facility at 8415 Greenwell Springs Road for $2.4 million in a deal that closed earlier today. AMERCO Real Estate Company of Phoenix acquired the 452-unit facility from M/MD Group VIII LLC. Fifty of the units in the facility, which sits on more than three acres, are climate controlled. The other 402 are not.
Earlier this year, M/MD Group and a partner, Prairieville Highway 42 Storage LLC, sold another A Storage for U facility at 38247 La. 42 in Prairieville for $2 million. That sale included the 328-unit facility, which sits on eight acres, a single-family home and mobile home. The buyer was Prairieville, La. Storage LLC.
