The Highland Road estate once belonging to former LSU and current Alabama football coach Nick Saban has been sold, says selling agent Quita Cutrer of Burns & Co., this time to an Arkansas corporation. The five-bed, five-bath, 6,412-square-foot home at 6326 Highland Road sits on five acres of land and sold for $1,995,000. The deal closed Friday, with CNAK Consulting buying the property from Dodson & Son Properties. “I don’t know who’s going to live in it. I don’t know their intention,” Cutrer says of the buyer. Cutrer has sold the home four times since Saban left Baton Rouge in 2005. It initially sold for $2.75 million in 2005, and later in 2008 went for $2.8 million. —Steve Sanoski
