The owners of L’Auberge Casino and a New Orleans-based development group have filed preliminary plans with the Planning Commission to develop an RV park on the sprawling 570-acre casino site. The plans, filed Sept. 9 with the Planning Commission for consideration at the commission’s October meeting, also indicate the developers may try to move forward
