Roughly six months after the school closed, the Runnels School campus has changed hands, according to sales documents. Select Ventures LLC, represented by Oklahoma attorney Gail Runnels, sold the 38-acre campus on Harrells Ferry Road to the Christian Life Foundation, which was also represented by Runnels. Runnels is the brother of school founder Kelly Runnels.
