Former Gov. Buddy Roemer is set to join several other announced presidential candidates at the Republican Leadership Conference in New Orleans next month. Roemer was added to the lineup of the event, which runs June 16-18. Also on the agenda are Mike Huckabee, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Jon Huntsman, Rick Santorum, Michele Bachmann and Herman Cain, all potential GOP presidential nominees. Leaders of the state Republican Party are also expected to attend the conference, including Gov. Bobby Jindal, U.S. Sen. David Vitter and U.S. Rep. Bill Cassidy. For more details, click here.
