Shrimp misrepresentation among Baton Rouge restaurants has improved slightly since Louisiana’s strengthened seafood disclosure law took effect, but the issue “remains persistent,” according to a new report from SeaD Consulting. The firm tested shrimp dishes from 44 randomly selected Baton Rouge-area restaurants and found that 14 of those restaurants were serving imported or farm-raised shrimp.
