South Louisiana-based Refreshment Solutions has been acquired by Tennessee-based Five Star Food Service, according to a company announcement. Refreshment Solutions is a franchisee of national vending machine and kiosk company Canteen, and operates in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Biloxi, Mississippi.
