Form follows function…
“We executed an adaptive reuse plan that retained many of the building’s original industrial features to preserve its rich history while repurposing it for success in today’s market. This allows for a genuine, authentic industrial aesthetic throughout while providing the modern amenities expected in today’s full-service entertainment facility. It would have been cost prohibitive—if not impossible—to replicate this look and feel with new construction.”
