RaceTrac Petroleum has entered into a five-year lease agreement with Security National Properties Louisiana for 4,175 square feet of office space at 4150 S. Sherwood Forest Blvd., according to Kurz & Hebert Commercial Real Estate, which brokered the deal. RaceTrac’s lease will begin on Jan. 1, 2012, and the company will use the space for a regional administration office, says Donato Mucciacciaro of Kurz & Hebert. The suite—on South Sherwood Forest Boulevard between Coursey Boulevard and Interstate 12—has previously been occupied by Industrial Engineering Management, Mucciacciaro says. RaceTrac is a privately held chain of convenience stores based in Atlanta. It operates more than 500 stores across the southeast U.S.
